As part of the comprehensive service we offer, we have implemented quality control systems to ensure our solutions meet the specifications and deadlines required. Subscribing to a philosophy of continuous improvement, we make every effort to ensure that our processes and products are the best they possibly can be. In recognition of our well-established quality control and improvement system, Rousseau was awarded ISO certification for the first time in 1997. We have maintained these quality standards ever since and continue to benefit from the most recent certification.
Rousseau Metal Inc. is proud to have C-TPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) certification, which is a customs trade security program. It is a voluntary certification, where all participants in the supply chain cooperate with US Customs (CBP). Participants have to develop secure protocols for all supply chain operations and must meet the security requirements for exporting to the United States.
LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is an international green standard of certification created in 1998 by the USGBC (U.S. Green Building Council). Projects can obtain LEED® certification through a points-based system, which means the certified building or project excels in environmental compliance. Rousseau can help customers obtain this certification because its environmentally-friendly processes can contribute toward earning LEED® points.
Rousseau is proud to be a member of the Material Handling Industry of America! The MHIA is the largest trade association representing the manufacturing and supply chain industry in North America. The MHIA provides training and networking opportunities for member companies through a variety of events.
Rousseau Metal Inc. has been a proud member of the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) for several years. SEMA brings together automotive enthusiasts from a variety of fields, including manufacturers, distributors, auto restorers and dealers. Every year the association organizes the SEMA Show for members and potential customers. This event is the largest of its kind in North America.
As a supplier of choice for shipbuilding and the Canadian marine industry, Rousseau is proud to be a member of CMISA. The Canadian Marine Industries and Shipbuilding Association (CMISA) is a national body giving a strong voice to the marine industry for successful collaboration across the country.
Rousseau is proud to be a member of the Canadian Association of Defence and Security Industries (CADSI). This association consists of over 1,000 companies working in the defense and security industries. Membership in this association allows Rousseau Metal Inc. to promote its products in this field.
