Production Operator - Finishing

Description :

The Production Operator - Finishing carries out hanging, unhooking, pre-hanging, sanding and packaging operations on components and products.

Pre-hanging and hanging :

As part of a team, visually inspect the quality of processed semi-finished parts, and install them on the paint line.

Unhooking and packing:

As part of a team, unhook painted parts. Ensure paint quality control. Pack and label parts that do not require assembly. Route identified parts to assembly.

Safety :

Follow safety procedures to avoid accidents. Use required personal protective equipment.

Communication :

Collaborate with other members of the production team and report problems to the team leader. Follow up on the production system at all stages of processing.

Perform all related tasks as requested by immediate superior.

Skills and experience required:

• Good manual dexterity
• Ability to handle loads of over 10 kilos
• You particularly appreciate teamwork
• You are versatile
• Experience of working on paint lines is an asset
