
Sales Project Manager

Description :
The Sales Project Manager is responsible for developing quotations for standard and customized products, ensuring complete management of assigned projects. This includes technical troubleshooting, tracking information related to customer project execution, and ensuring effective communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
More specifically, he :
Develops detailed proposals for standard and customized products, taking into account technical uncertainties.
Actively manages specific customer accounts on a personalized basis.
Supervises projects with special technical requirements, such as mezzanines or initiatives involving elements of uncertainty.
Registers bids in accordance with protocols established in the contract procedure.
Carries out rigorous follow-up of submitted proposals, evaluates them, communicates with customers for necessary follow-ups and suggests adjustments where necessary.
Completes claims, returns and rebate forms, sharing relevant information.
Monitors the competition and shares information.
May be called upon to participate in trade shows and exhibitions related to the company's sector.
Provides technical assistance in support of customer service, advising customers during product installation phases.
Organizes and leads information and training sessions according to identified needs.
Administers the numbering process for projects and products.
Establishes pricing for customized products.
Performs any other related duties assigned by the immediate superior.
