Job Title : Electrical Mechanic

Shift : Evening (Monday to Thursday from 3:45 PM to 2:15 AM)

Salary :  According to internal scales

 

As an Electromechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the availability, reliability, and efficiency of equipment and rolling stock. You will apply your skills in electricity, mechanics, and maintenance to meet the team's maintenance and repair needs.

 

Description :

• Preventive Maintenance :

Perform preventive maintenance on equipment according to established procedures. This involves following regular maintenance programs to minimize the risk of breakdowns and ensure the proper functioning of machinery.

 

• Diagnose and Repair :

In case of breakdown or malfunction, diagnose problems and proceed to repair faulty equipment.

 

• Improvements and Installations :

Make improvements to existing equipment. This may include modifications to increase the efficiency or safety of machines. Install new equipment and conduct tests to ensure their proper operation.

 

• Parts Management :

Collaborate on requisitions for parts and components needed for repair and maintenance work, while ensuring that spare parts are available promptly to minimize downtime.

 

• Participation in Maintenance Programs :

Actively contribute to the improvement of preventive maintenance programs by providing information on recurring failures, suggesting adjustments to maintenance schedules, and assisting in the development of new procedures to optimize maintenance.

 

• Reports and Documentation :

Write reports on work performed and record relevant information about equipment, repairs made, and parts used.

 

• Technical Support :

When necessary, act as a technical resource for other team members, providing advice and recommendations regarding equipment and maintenance.

 

Required Skills :

• Vocational diploma (DEP) in electromechanics or a related field in industrial maintenance.
