Pléiades 2018: Rousseau Metal Inc. wins the Manufacturier d’exception excellence award
Rousseau Metal Inc. has won the "Manufacturier d’exception" [Outstanding Manufacturer] excellence award at Les Pléiades 2018.
The "Manufacturier d'exception" excellence award recognizes a company that has distinguished itself through its innovative practices, ideas for improvement, processes and its portfolio of projects.
The Les Pléiades - Prix d'Excellence awards contest has been organized by the Chambre de commerce de Lévis (Quebec) since 2001. It is the most prestigious corporate contest in the Chaudière-Appalaches region and aims to recognize the companies, organizations and individuals that have excelled over the last year.
European Product Design Award 2018: Bronze medal for the MultiTek Cart
Rousseau's MultiTek Cart has won international acclaim. The European Product Design Award™ has recognized one of Rousseau's development project by awarding a Bronze medal for the MultiTek Cart.
The judges were impressed by the distinctive design and the many features.

2017 VISION TROPHY AWARDS: ROUSSEAU WINS VISIONARY COMPANY OF THE YEAR

Rousseau's new TekZone hutch, launched in 2017, won bronze at the European Product Design Award. The TekZone provides a spacious and secure work area that can be completely closed. This innovative new product is unique on the current market.

The new service advisor desk offers a turnkey workspace for greeting visitors that combines both ergonomics and aesthetics. This winning combination was awarded an Honorable Mention at the 2017 European Product Design Awards.
2017 Imagine Awards: Website wins Best B2B Experience
Rousseau makes every effort to ensure it provides its customers with a dynamic website that provides all the information they need about products and the company itself.
These efforts have been recognized at Imagine 2017 in Las Vegas, where the website was awarded Best B2B Experience. It's the first time a Canadian company has won a prize at these awards.

Every year, the International Design Awards recognizes new products that expertly combine creativity, functionality and innovation. At the 2016 edition of the awards, the TekZone hutch was awarded Bronze!
This new product and its accompanying range of accessories provide a unique and secure workspace. The TekZone hutch is ergonomic and functional, and offers numerous configuration and layout possibilities that can be tailored to the needs of the user.
International Design Awards 2016: Honorable Mention for our Service Advisor Desk
Our new Service Advisor Desk was recently awarded an Honorable Mention at 10th annual International Design Awards. The Service Advisor Desk completes Rousseau's range of products for car dealership service departments by offering a dedicated space for greeting visitors.

At Rousseau we always strive to identify the challenges our customers face so we can provide genuine solutions. As part of the comprehensive service we offer, we have implemented quality control systems to ensure our solutions meet the specifications and deadlines required. Subscribing to a philosophy of continuous improvement, we make every effort to ensure that our processes and products are the best they possibly can be.
In recognition of our well-established quality control and improvement system, Rousseau was awarded ISO certification for the first time in 1997. We have maintained these quality standards ever since and continue to benefit from the most recent certification.

The MHIA is the largest trade association representing the manufacturing and supply chain industry in North America. The MHIA provides training and networking opportunities for member companies through a variety of events.
Member of SEMA
Rousseau Metal Inc. has been a proud member of the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) for several years.
SEMA brings together automotive enthusiasts from a variety of fields, including manufacturers, distributors, auto restorers and dealers.
Every year the association organizes the SEMA Show for members and potential customers. This event is the largest of its kind in North America.
MEMBER OF CMISA
As a supplier of choice for shipbuilding and the Canadian marine industry, Rousseau is proud to be a member of CMISA.
The Canadian Marine Industries and Shipbuilding Association (CMISA) is a national body giving a strong voice to the marine industry for successful collaboration across the country.
Member of CADSI
Rousseau is proud to be a member of the Canadian Association of Defence and Security Industries (CADSI). This association consists of over 1,000 companies working in the defense and security industries.
Membership in this association allows Rousseau Metal Inc. to promote its products in this field.
C-TPAT certification
Rousseau Metal Inc. is proud to have C-TPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) certification, which is a customs trade security program. It is a voluntary certification, where all participants in the supply chain cooperate with US Customs (CBP).
Participants have to develop secure protocols for all supply chain operations and must meet the security requirements for exporting to the United States.
Thanks to this certification, Rousseau can serve its US customers as effectively as possible.
